These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Breeder Inbox service, a product developed and operated by Sema Communications Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Breeder Inbox is a communication management platform designed for animal breeders. The service allows you to connect email accounts and social media platforms to manage buyer communications from a unified inbox.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
• Violate the terms of service of any connected platform (Google, Microsoft, Meta)
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service to collect or harvest personal information of others without their consent

4. Connected Platforms

When you connect third-party platforms to Breeder Inbox, you authorize us to access your data on those platforms in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You remain bound by the terms of service of each connected platform. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party platform APIs or policies that may affect the service.

5. Subscription and Payments

• Some features of Breeder Inbox require a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support for requests

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you create, upload, or transmit through the service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breeder Inbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
